What we collect, and what we do with it

Plain English, and specific: every system this website sends your information to is named below.

We are Container Direct LVP Flooring, 2125 Biscayne Blvd Ste 204, Miami, FL 33137. Questions about anything here: cdlvpflooring@gmail.com or (786) 723-7407.

What you give us

Only what you type into a form. Depending on which one, that is your name, phone number, email address, delivery address, and details about your project such as its size and timeline. We ask for a phone number or an email address because we cannot confirm an order without one of them.

Where it goes

  • Our customer records. Every enquiry and order is stored in our own CRM and, for detailed quote requests, in Airtable. This is how we answer you and keep track of your order.
  • Card payments. Handled by Stripe. Your card number is entered on Stripe's own page and never reaches this website or our servers.
  • The room visualiser. By default your photo never leaves your device — the floor is detected and redrawn in your own browser. The optional "Precision AI render" is the one exception: it uploads the photo to an AI image service to produce that render, and the page asks you before it does. The photo is not kept after the render comes back.
  • Live chat. Messages are stored so the conversation survives a page reload, and are answered by a mix of automated and human replies. If you leave a name or number in the chat, it reaches the same customer records as a form would.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone beyond the services named above.

What your browser stores

Your sample pack is kept in your browser so it survives moving between pages. Your delivery address, if you start a checkout, is kept only until you close the tab. Neither is sent anywhere until you submit an order.

Measurement

This site loads Meta Pixel, Microsoft Clarity and — where configured — PostHog, which record how pages are used so we can find what is broken. Clarity records how a page is scrolled and clicked. Your browser's Do Not Track and any content blocker you use are respected by these tools' own settings; blocking them does not stop the site working.

How long we keep it

Enquiries and orders are kept for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our tax and accounting obligations.

Asking us to delete it

Email cdlvpflooring@gmail.com and ask. We will tell you what we hold and remove it, except anything we are required to keep for a completed sale.
