Why are you cheaper than a flooring store?
We buy full containers directly from the factories that press flooring for the major brands, and we run no showroom. No importer margin, no distributor margin, no lease, no commissioned sales floor. That gap is the whole difference on comparable plank.
Is the visualizer accurate?
It uses the real catalog imagery of the plank you are looking at, laid into your photo at true scale and in your room's own light, so width, grain and repeat are honest. Screens still shift color slightly, which is exactly why we sell $4.99 samples rather than asking you to trust a monitor.
Can I still talk to a person?
Any time. Call or text (786) 723-7407, or message us on WhatsApp. What you will not get is somebody working a commission on your square footage.
What if the floor arrives and I dislike it?
This is what the two-step process is for. Preview it at room scale, then hold the sample in the room before a single box ships. Customers who do both almost never change their mind, which is why we can price the way we do.
Do you deliver outside Miami?
We ship curbside across all of Florida from our warehouse network, and freight is quoted against your ZIP before you approve anything. See service areas.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover through Stripe, plus PayPal, Zelle, and Synchrony Bank financing on flooring orders. Card details go to Stripe's hosted page, never to us.
