Three steps, no guesswork

We pick and palletize
Within 1–2 business days of payment clearing, your boxes are picked at the distribution partner’s Florida warehouse that holds them, stacked no more than eight high, corner-guarded, wrapped and strapped for the carrier.

The carrier calls you
Within an hour of booking you get the carrier name, the PRO tracking number and a delivery window. When the pallet reaches your local terminal, the carrier phones you to set an appointment, normally one to two business days later.

You inspect, then sign
The driver unloads to the curb. Walk the pallet, check the boxes, and note anything damaged on the receipt before you sign it. Then it is yours — and we follow up the day after to make sure nothing went sideways.

Delivery is a flat $300 per pallet of up to 42 boxes, anywhere in Florida, liftgate included. It is not buried in the square-foot price and it is not a surprise at the end — your written quote shows the product cost and the delivery charge, and you approve both together. The minimum flooring order is 500 sq ft, and orders are delivery only.
Our distribution partners stock the floors in Florida warehouses in Jacksonville, Miami and Orlando, so most Florida addresses are a short lane away. The $300 per pallet includes liftgate delivery to the curb; there is no extra charge for a liftgate.

Read this before the truck arrives
Two people, one hour, and a look at every box before you sign. That is the whole job — but the inspection is the part that matters, because a signature on a clean receipt is you telling the carrier the freight arrived undamaged.
- Have a second person. Boxes run 45–60 lb and the driver does not carry them in.
- Clear the curb. A pallet needs a flat spot the liftgate can reach.
- Open the wrap and look. Crushed corners and punctures are what you are checking for.
- Write it on the receipt. Before signing. Photographs afterwards, to us within 48 hours.
- Never refuse the shipment. Refusing voids most freight claims. Accept it, note the damage, photograph it, call us.

The questions we get asked most
How long does delivery take?
Samples go out the same day if you order before 2 PM and land in 2–3 business days.
Everything else has two stages. We pick and ship within 1–2 business days of payment clearing; then flooring is 4–8 business days in transit as freight on a pallet. So plan a flooring order as 5–10 business days door to door, not 4–8.
Is delivery really curbside?
Yes, and this is the part people are most often surprised by, so we would rather over-explain it. The freight driver brings the pallet to the curb on a liftgate and puts it down. They do not carry boxes into the house, up a driveway, or into a garage. A box of LVP weighs 45–60 lb, so have a second person there, or arrange for your installer to receive it.
Will the carrier call me before they come?
They will. Once your pallet reaches the local terminal, the carrier calls to book a delivery appointment — usually within one to two business days of it arriving. Pick a window when you or somebody you trust can actually be there. Missed appointments get re-attempted once or twice, and after that terminals start charging storage.
What do I do if something arrives damaged?
Inspect every pallet and every box before you sign the delivery receipt, and write the damage on the receipt if you see any. Then take photographs and send them to us within 48 hours.
Do not refuse the shipment. We know it feels like the right move. It is not — refusing voids most freight claims, and it turns a problem we can fix in days into one that takes weeks. Accept it, note the damage, photograph it, and call us. We replace damaged boxes while the carrier claim runs in the background; that is our problem, not yours.
Do I need a liftgate?
If you do not have a loading dock, yes — which means almost every residential address and most small commercial ones. We add it at booking, and it is included in the $300 per pallet: there is no liftgate surcharge.

Can I pick it up myself?
