What we collect
- Contact and order details you give us: name, email, phone, delivery address, ZIP code, project details and order history.
- Payment details: card payments are processed by Authorize.net on its own secure page. We do not see or store your full card number.
- Room photos you upload to our visualizer, used only to show flooring in your room.
- Website usage data collected automatically through cookies and similar tools: pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location and how you reached our site.
How we use it
- To quote, sell, deliver and support your order, including freight quotes and sample shipments.
- To reply to your messages by phone, email or text.
- To send offers and updates if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email or by replying STOP to texts.
- To run and improve our website, measure advertising and prevent fraud.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed:
- Payment processors: Authorize.net for credit and debit cards, PayPal, and the banks that handle ACH, wire and Zelle payments. Card details are entered on Authorize.net's secure page and never reach us.
- Zoho, which we use to send quotes and invoices.
- Freight carriers and delivery partners, to deliver your order.
- Our CRM, email and accounting tools.
- Advertising and analytics providers such as Google and Meta, which use cookies to measure and show ads.
- Authorities when the law requires it.
Cookies
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can opt out of Google ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.
How long we keep it
We keep order and invoice records as long as tax and accounting laws require, and other information only as long as we need it for the purposes above.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing cdlvpflooring@gmail.com. We reply within 30 days.
Security
Our site uses HTTPS encryption, and payments are handled by PCI-compliant processors.
Children
Our site is for adults buying flooring. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
We'll post any changes on this page with a new effective date.
