1. Who we are
Container Direct LVP LLC ("CDLVP") sells luxury vinyl plank flooring, sourced through our distribution partners, to homeowners, contractors, builders and property managers in Florida. Contact: 2125 Biscayne Blvd Ste 204, Miami, FL 33137 · (786) 723-7407 · cdlvpflooring@gmail.com.
2. Prices
Flooring is sold by the full box. We show a price per square foot for comparison, and the box price and square feet per box on every product page. Prices are in US dollars. Florida sales tax is added where it applies.
3. Delivery charges
Samples: samples cost $4.99 each, and that price includes delivery in Florida. There is no separate shipping charge.
Flooring: delivery is a flat $300 per pallet anywhere in Florida, curbside with a liftgate; there is no liftgate surcharge. A pallet holds up to 42 boxes, so the delivery charge is $300 for each 42 boxes or part of 42. The minimum flooring order is 500 sq ft. We send you a written quote with the product total, delivery charge and sales tax. We do not charge you anything for flooring until you approve that quote. If you don't approve it, you owe nothing.
4. Orders and payment
We accept credit and debit cards (processed securely by Authorize.net), PayPal, Zelle, ACH bank transfer and wire transfer. A flooring order is confirmed only after you approve your written quote and pay. Orders placed online are paid in full up front. Contractors and repeat customers who have an account with us and order by phone pay a 50% deposit when they approve the quote and the balance on delivery. We don't offer net terms. A sample order is confirmed when you check out. If a product becomes unavailable after you order, we'll offer a replacement or a full refund.
5. Delivery
We deliver within Florida. Flooring orders are delivery only; we don't offer pickup. Samples arrive in 2 to 3 business days. Flooring is picked and palletized in 1 to 2 business days after you approve your quote, then freight takes 4 to 8 business days. Details are on our Shipping page. Someone 18 or older must be there to receive freight deliveries. Inspect every pallet and box before you sign and report damage within 48 hours with photos.
6. Returns and refunds
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery on items that are new and unopened in the original packaging, including samples. The customer pays return shipping, a 30% restocking fee applies, there are no exchanges, and refunds are issued within 3 days of receiving the return. Full details: Return & Refund Policy.
7. Colors, samples and installation
Screen colors and visualizer images are approximate, and natural shade varies between production runs. We recommend ordering a sample before you buy. Buy 5–10% extra for cuts and waste, and follow the installation guide for your collection. Installation not following the manufacturer's instructions may void the warranty.
8. Warranty
Products carry the manufacturer's limited warranty for their collection, as listed on the product page and in our Technical documents. Apart from that warranty, and to the extent the law allows, products are sold without other warranties, and our liability is limited to the price you paid for the product.
9. Website use
Site content, photos and text belong to CDLVP or its suppliers and may not be copied for commercial use. We may correct pricing or typing errors, and will contact you before charging any corrected price.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by Florida law. Disputes will be handled in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
