Summary
- Return window: 7 days from the delivery date.
- Condition: items must be new and unopened, in the original packaging.
- Return shipping: paid by the customer.
- Restocking fee: 30% of the returned item's price.
- Exchanges: no exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order.
- Refund timing: issued within 3 days of receiving the return.
This policy applies to every item we sell, including $4.99 samples.
Samples
Samples cost $4.99 each, delivery in Florida included. A sample can be returned under the same policy as flooring: within 7 days of delivery, new and unopened in its original packaging, with the customer paying return shipping and a 30% restocking fee. No exchanges. The $4.99 is also credited toward your next flooring order.
Flooring returns
- Return window: 7 days from the delivery date.
- Condition: full, new, unopened boxes in the original packaging. Opened boxes, partial boxes and installed flooring can't be returned.
- Return shipping: the customer arranges and pays the return shipping. We'll give you the drop-off address when we approve the return.
- Restocking fee: 30% of the returned product's price.
- No exchanges: we don't swap one product for another. Return the unopened boxes for a refund and place a new order for the floor you want.
How to start a return
- Email cdlvpflooring@gmail.com or call (786) 723-7407 within 7 days of delivery with your order or invoice number and the items you want to return.
- We reply within 1 business day with a return authorization and drop-off address.
- Returns without an authorization can't be accepted.
Refunds
We issue your refund within 3 days of receiving the return, back to the original payment method (the same card, PayPal account or bank account you paid with), less the 30% restocking fee. Your bank may take 5–10 business days to post it.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Inspect every pallet and box before you sign for delivery and note any damage on the delivery receipt. Send photos to cdlvpflooring@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. For damage in transit, defects or a wrong item, we replace the product or refund it in full, including freight, and no restocking fee applies.
Warranty
Manufacturer warranty claims (30-year residential / 10-year commercial, by collection) are separate from returns. See the warranty document for your collection on our Technical documents page.
