How Off White reads in a room
Off White reads cool and bright, a bleached, almost coastal tone that keeps north-facing rooms from feeling grey. Planks are 7″x48″, which is a wide, long board — fewer seams across a floor, and it makes a small room look longer than a narrow strip would.
Where a 20mil, 5mm floor works
A 20mil wear layer is the sweet spot for a busy family home — well above the 12mil builders typically use, and enough to shrug off pet claws and grit tracked in from the pool.
At 5mm this is a slimmer plank. It needs a flatter subfloor than a thicker board, but it keeps height down where you are butting up to tile or carpet you are not replacing. The attached IXPE pad takes the hollow click out of the step and quiets the room below.

Questions about Off White
Each box covers 23.90 sq ft, so we round up to whole boxes and add 10% for cuts. The table above shows the real box count for three common room sizes.
The core is, yes — it is rigid SPC, so standing water will not swell it the way it swells laminate. The warranty is 30 years residential and 10 years commercial.
This one is stocked at a distribution partner's warehouse in Miami and delivers anywhere in Florida for a flat $300 per pallet of 42 boxes, with a 500 sq ft minimum order.
Usually yes. This is a floating rigid-core plank, so it does not bond to what is underneath. The deciding factor is grout lines — wide or deep joints telegraph through, and at 5mm you have less margin than a thicker board.
