What Cape Coral homes usually need
Two jobs dominate. The first is the older canal house: a slab with tile or old laminate, a big pool cage, and sliders across the whole back wall facing the water. The room behind those sliders gets hot in the afternoon, and the floor that fails there is the one installed without an expansion gap or with a foamed core. The second is the new build, where a spec builder or an owner-builder is flooring 1,800 to 2,500 square feet at once and wants one price for the whole house.

How delivery to Cape Coral works

Either way plan on three hours of truck time plus the pick. New construction: give us the lot address the carrier will find, not the future mailing address, and confirm the driveway is poured.

- Yes, with a stone-core plank, the full expansion gap on the installation sheet, and the air conditioning running. Heat through the glass is what moves a vinyl floor; keep blinds or a film on west-facing sliders in summer.

- Give us the lot and street the carrier will find, a contact on site, and confirmation that the driveway is poured. The freight carrier will call before arriving.
- Do you deliver to Pine Island, Matlacha and North Fort Myers?
- Yes, at the same flat $300 per pallet. Pine Island and Matlacha addresses should mention the bridge and any road restrictions so the carrier books the right truck.
