What Miami homes usually need
Miami buys flooring for two very different buildings. The first is the condo: elevator reservations, a certificate of insurance for the freight carrier, a receiving dock with set hours, and an association that wants an IIC or STC number before it approves a hard floor. The second is the older single-family house on a slab, often with terrazzo or 1970s tile still down, which is close to the ideal base for a floating rigid plank.
For the condo, send us the association's acoustic requirement before you pick a color and we will check the chosen floor's documentation against it; the attached IXPE pad on every floor we stock helps, but a document is what the board wants, and if the floor's paperwork does not cover it we will say so. For the house, the question is flatness rather than sound, and the over-tile guide covers the checks.

How delivery to Miami works
The Miami partner warehouse holds APRES, GRAND LUX SOFT (GD), IRIS, IRIS 8, WHISPER WOODS, so 34 of our 77 floors ship from inside the county. Delivery is curbside; a building with a dock or a gated driveway should tell us so the carrier books the right truck.
Delivery is a flat $300 per pallet of 42 boxes, 500 sq ft minimum order: 1 to 2 business days to pick and ship after payment clears, then 4 to 8 business days in transit, curbside on a pallet with a liftgate. The delivery checklist covers the day itself.

Every floor we stock is a waterproof SPC rigid core, 5 to 8 mm, 20 or 22 mil, with an IXPE pad attached. Prices are per square foot as published on each floor page; the calculator turns your square footage into boxes.
Questions we get from Miami
- Can I pick up my order in Miami instead of having it delivered?
- No. Orders are delivery only. Delivery is a flat $300 per pallet of 42 boxes anywhere in Florida, and the minimum order is 500 sq ft.
- My building needs a certificate of insurance for deliveries. Can you provide one?
- Ask for it when you request the quote and tell us the building's exact wording. The freight carrier issues it, and it needs a few business days.
- Do you deliver to Miami Beach and the Keys?
- Yes. Miami Beach addresses get the same flat $300 per pallet; tell us about street access and any loading restrictions. The Keys, including Key West, are the same flat rate and take longer in transit.
