Luxury vinyl plank flooring in Orlando
Our distribution partner's Orlando warehouse is the one in the middle of the state, and Orlando itself is where two kinds of buyers we see most often overlap: the short-term-rental owner and the homeowner renovating in phases.
What Orlando homes usually need
The short-term rental market around the parks, from Kissimmee and Davenport up through Orlando, turns a floor over harder than a family home does: cleaning between every stay, rolling luggage, and a photo that has to look right on a listing. That points to a 20 mil wear layer, a mid-tone plank that hides footprints, and one SKU across every unit so a damaged plank is a twenty-minute swap.
The phased renovation is the other pattern: kitchen this year, bedrooms next. That only works if the second order matches the first, so the rule is one SKU, spare boxes from the first dye lot, and a labeled sample kept with the paperwork. How delivery to Orlando works
Orange, Osceola and Seminole ship from the Orlando partner warehouse (EIR 6.5mm, SSR 6.5mm, Ultra Clean SPC, XD-5.5mm: 31 floors), usually the shortest transit we quote outside Miami. Kissimmee, Davenport, Winter Garden, Sanford and Lakeland all get the same flat $300 per pallet. Rental owners who are out of state: give us the property manager or cleaner as the on-site contact.
Delivery is a flat $300 per pallet of 42 boxes, 500 sq ft minimum order: 1 to 2 business days to pick and ship after payment clears, then 4 to 8 business days in transit, curbside on a pallet with a liftgate. The delivery checklist covers the day itself.

Every floor we stock is a waterproof SPC rigid core, 5 to 8 mm, 20 or 22 mil, with an IXPE pad attached. Prices are per square foot as published on each floor page; the calculator turns your square footage into boxes.
Questions we get from Orlando
- Which floor do you recommend for a short-term rental near the parks?
- A 20 mil wear layer on a 6.5 mm rigid core, in a mid-tone color with visible grain, the same SKU in every unit, with two spare boxes per unit kept from the first order. That is the spec that survives weekly turnovers and still photographs well.
- I am renovating one room at a time. Will the color match next year?
- We cannot promise any color indefinitely, so buy the whole house's boxes at once if you can, or at least keep two spare boxes and a labeled sample from the first dye lot. If a line changes, the spare boxes are what let you finish.
- Do you deliver to Kissimmee, Davenport and Lakeland?
- Yes, at the same flat $300 per pallet from the Orlando partner warehouse. Kissimmee, Davenport, Celebration, Clermont, Winter Garden, Sanford and Lakeland are regular stops.
